Rajesh Ingle is a Dean, Head, and Professor, Department of Computer Engineering at Pune Institute of Computer Technology, and Head, EDC and Business Incubation Centre. He is also working as an Adjunct Professor at Department of Computer Engineering, Government College of Engineering Pune. He has also served as SENATE Member of Savitribai Phule Pune University. He has also received 2014, IEEE outstanding branch counselor award from IEEE, USA.
He has received Ph.D. Computer Science and engineering from Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, Powai, Mumbai. He has received the B.E. Computer Engineering from Pune Institute of Computer Technology, University of Pune, and M.E. Computer Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Savitribai Phule Pune University. He has also received M.S. Software Systems from BITS, Pilani, India, in 1994.
He is a senior member of the IEEE, IEEE Communications Society, and IEEE Computer Society. He is working as Chairman, IEEE R10 (Asia Pacific) Student Activities Committee. He is also working as Vice Chair, IEEE India council, branch counselor of PICT IEEE Student branch, and President of PICT ALUMNI Association. He is also associated with Symbiosis University and other research centres. He has worked on and associated with various BOS’s In IT and CSE in different universities including Pune University and Shivaji University. He has organized number of international conferences and meetings in various countries including Japan, USA, Hongkong, Malyasia, Netherland, Srilanka, Australia. He has guided more than 600 Projects at UG and PG level. Two students working with him completed PhD (Computer Engineering) and seven students are working with him for doctoral research. He has more than 30 research publications at various Conferences and Journals of national and international repute.
